BOOK YOUR OWN FLIGHT

October 12-23, 2023:  (We lose a day going to Israel and gain a day returning) 

Our experience together begins at 8:00 am on October 14 and ends October 22nd at 8:00 pm 

Outgoing flight: 

Make sure to arrive in Tel Aviv (TLV) on or before 10/13/2023 to join with group.  Then, depart anytime after 8pm on 10/22/2023

(The whole group will leave the hotel at 8am on October 14 to begin our experience together. We will end the experience around 8pm on Oct 22.)

Please email us your flight plans when you reserve them.

Leave USA by October 12th. 

Must arrive in Tel Aviv on or before Friday, October 13, 2023, to join the group.  

          Our Hotel address will be provided to transfer.  You will check in for the night on the 13th.   We will meet together at 7:00 am, October 14th, in the hotel and begin our travels. 

Details will be provided for securing transportation from TLV airport.  

You are responsible for any additional travel, hotel, food, or other costs. 

Returning flight: 

Book a flight that departs from Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) after 8:00 pm on October  22nd.  You will arrive in the USA on the 23rd.

Our last day of touring is October 22nd and will end with dinner near Tel Aviv.  

If your flight leaves around 9:00 pm we will drop you at the airport at 5:00 pm before dinner.  A common departure time is around midnight.  Israel requests you check in 3 hours before departure.  If you have questions, please call us before you book your flights.
